As part of the “16 Days of Activism” campaign, on December 6, 2024, professors from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education (FASTO) at the University of Sarajevo held a workshop for women titled “Strength and Confidence: Tae-bo and Self-Defense Techniques for Women.”

The workshop was held within the UNIGEM project and co-organized by the TPO Foundation, the University Gender Resource Center, and FASTO.

The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. Lejla Šebić and Prof. Dr. Safet Kapo.

Over 100 women participated, where the professors shared both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills related to strength, confidence, and self-defense for women.
