On Monday, December 9, 2024, a panel discussion titled “University and Gender Equality” was held at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Sarajevo. The event was organized as part of the “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence” campaign by Prof. Dr. Sarina Bakić and Assistant Selma Alispahić, with the support of the TPO Foundation and the UNIGEM project.

Prof. Dr. Amila Ždralović spoke about the Gender Equality Council at UNSA, while Lamija Subašić presented the project “Introducing Gender-Sensitive Policies in Higher Education” (UNIGEM).

The panel was attended by students from the Faculty of Political Science at UNSA, as well as first-year students from the Faculty of Medicine at UNSA.
