Two Workshops and Exhibition at the Secondary School of Metalworking Professions

Students and teachers from the Secondary School of Metalworking Professions in Sarajevo participated in the campaign “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence,” organized by the TPO Foundation as part of the UNIGEM project. On December 2nd and 5th, 2024, two workshops titled “STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IN BiH: Support for Victims and Survivors” were held at this school.

The activity involved 22 students and teachers Mirsad Cvrk, Amina Koro-Jusić, and Maida Mehić. The goal was for the students to contribute to the protection of violence victims.

Additionally, on December 9th and 10th, the final activity of the campaign was held – an exhibition of student works titled “STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IN BiH: Support for Victims and Survivors.” At the end, a final presentation of all the works was held, and the best works were displayed at the main entrance, where students from the Mechanical, Civil, and Metal Schools had the opportunity to view them.
