In cooperation between the TPO Foundation and the Women Police Officers Network, and as part of the UNIGEM project, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, an education was held for policewomen from the Border Police, the Judicial Police, SIPA, the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH and the Ministry of Interior of Zenica-Doboj Canton.

Aida Bahtanović, a psychologist, psychotherapist and consultant for the application of gestalt, was the teacher on this occasion.

In addition to stress management and non-violent communication, the training also taught the participants about effective relaxation methods after stressful periods and alternative ways of understanding ourselves and the environment that surrounds us. Special focus was on group interaction and connecting with other people.
