As part of the project “University and Gender Mainstreaming (UNIGEM)”, the TPO Foundation from Sarajevo and the University Gender Resource Center (UNIGeRC) of the University of Sarajevo (UNSA) invite researchers from the academic community (professors and PhD students) from the field of humanities, social and especially legal sciences, as well as activists, who work in the field of combating gender-based violence, to participate in research that will deal with the analysis of verdicts for gender-based violence, especially sexual violence and femicide, and writing theoretical texts based on the aforementioned analysis.[…]

The workshops were designed to provoke assumptions about the concepts of gender and gender identities because most teachers claim to know what these terms represent, yet most are not familiar with the key theoretical frameworks and research on these topics.
