After the adoption of the Gender Action Plan at the University “Džemal Bijedić” in Mostar in 2021, a series of activities promoting gender equality in the academic community were implemented. Regular monitoring and evaluation of the activities so far is inevitable In order to asure continued quality of work. Thus, at the University “Džemal Bijedić” in Mostar, on January 30, 2023, a workshop was held with the Advisory Board for Gender Equality led by Prof. Rebecca Kotlo.

The workshop was held by the academic directors of the University Gender Resource Center of the University of Sarajevo, prof. Ph.D. Zilka Spahić Šiljak and prof. Ph.D. Jasna Kovačević. The directors spoke with the members of the Advisory Committee for Gender Equality UNMO “Džemal Bijedić” about the set and achieved goals. We remind you that Gender Action Plans were adopted by 18 partner universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia through the project University and Gender Mainstreaming  (UNIGEM) implemented by the TPO Foundation with the financial support of the British Embassy.
